「お客様の求める製品を丁寧に作っていきます。」という一文を英訳するなら、

We will keep manufacturing in a fair and soft manner the products our customers are seriously in need.

よりも、

We are resolved to continue manufacturing in a meticulous manner products that are genuinely needed by our customers.

の方がはるかに適切です。最初の訳文には、文法的な間違いがあり、「in need」は必ず前置詞「of」とその目的語を伴わなければなりません。その点を踏まえて、

We are resolved to continue manufacturing in a meticulous manner products of which our customers are in need.

と訳すことは可能ですが、2番目の訳文に提示した「that are genuinely needed by our customers.」の方がはるかに自然です。
