「Z一新の背景」に相当する英語表現は、

background for reformation of Z

ではなく、

background to the reformation of Z

です。最初の訳例は根本的に間違っています。

We have no objection on the approval to import these devices for one year.

という英文は、正しくは、

We have no objection to approving the importation of these devices for a period of one year.

です。最初の英文は、日本人翻訳者がアラビア語から英語に訳した文です。

「A公園はD高速道路Bインターチェンジ横のCビルに隣接する。」という一文を英訳するなら、

A-Park is located adjacent to C-Building along the side of the B interchange on the D Expressway.

が適切です。

「再発防止対策」に相当する英語表現は、

re-occurrence preventative measures

ではなく、

measures to prevent a recurrence

または

measures to prevent recurrences

です。

「守秘義務」は、「an obligation to maintain confidentiality」です。

「別系統の電源とつなぐ」という一節なら、

connect it to another system power supply

ではなく、

connect it to the power supply of another system

が適訳です。

「印加適用端子」は、

terminals to be applied

ではなく、

terminals to which voltage is to be applied

です。

「その目的はECU破損防止である」という一節を英訳するなら、

the purpose is to prevent ECU damage

よりも、

the purpose is to prevent damage to ECUs

の方が適切です。

「社会からの信頼喪失行為」ならば、

behavior that could be conducive to a loss of confidence on the part of segments of society

と訳すのが良いでしょう。
