です。場合によっては、

もあり得ます。

「把握しておく」は、「grasp」ではなく「assess」です。

「海外法人における品質、設備、資金などの状況把握」という一節を英訳する場合、「把握」の表し方として好ましいのは「investigate」であり、

investigate matters surrounding quality, facilities, personnel and funding at our overseas corporations

と訳すのが適切です。
