と訳した方が適切です。「applicable」という語を使うことにより、良質な翻訳に仕上がっています。また、「procedure」は複数形「procedures」にした方がはるかに適切ですし、この類の企業出版物において「that we sell」と表現することは通常なく、「sold by the Company」と表現した方が、自社(「当社」あるいは「我が社」)を言及する語として、はるかに自然で格調があります。
