The results of the clinical study revealed (「showed」ではない) no significant differences in response rate between A and B.

が適切です。「show」が、「明白である」という含みを持つのに対し、「reveal」や「demonstrate」は、「専門家が結果を慎重に検討して結論を導き出している」という意味合いを伝えます。

「当ホテルが認めた旅行小切手」という一節に対する適訳は、

traveller’s cheques acknowledged by the Hotel

ではなく、

traveller’s cheques recognized by the Hotel

です。
