「…ことが記載されている」を英訳するなら、

there has been a description

ではなく、

a description has been made to the effect that …

とするか、もう少し簡潔に

there is a description to the effect that …

とすれば良いでしょう。時には、単に「X are described」とシンプルに訳すのが好ましい場合もあります。

「記載されています」に相当する英語表現は、

there have been descriptions

ではなく、

a description exists

または

a description is given to the effect that

が良いでしょう。

「記載する」の訳語としては、「indicate」ではなく「record」が最良という場合もあります。

「…については何ら記載されていない」という一節を英訳するなら、

describes nothing about …

よりも

makes no mention whatsoever of …

の方がはるかに好ましい表現です。
